Student Grabs Top Spot at the Regional Social Studies Fair
Sherrard Middle School 7th grader Allison McGraw was the only student from Brooke, Ohio, Marshall and Wetzel counties who earned a perfect score, 100%, at the regional West Virginia History Fair for her project titled “Smithsonian, One Man’s Generosity Impacting America.” Each entry was judged on oral presentation, abstract and physical display.
McGraw will join classmates and other students from around the Mountain State at the West Virginia State Social Studies Fair on Friday, April 29, 2022, at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center.
McGraw previously scored a 100% at the Marshall County Social Studies Fair in March.
